The visual outcome of a glass repair is influenced by the nature and extent of the damage present at the time of repair, and as such, there can be no assurance of a successful repair. Until the repair procedure is conducted, the results remain uncertain. The primary objective of the repair is to contain the damage and restore the glass's structural integrity. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the aesthetic appearance of the repair, and it is acknowledged that some residual damage may remain visible post-repair. By consenting to proceed with the glass repair, it is understood that we do not guarantee a resolution to the underlying issue. I recognise that windscreen repairs may not always achieve the desired outcome, and during the repair process, existing cracks may potentially extend or new cracks may develop. I further understand that the main goal of the repair is to restore the structural soundness of the glass, rather than to achieve a flawless appearance. I agree to release the repair company from any liability for any additional damage that may arise during the repair process.
